By placing an online deposit, you agree to reserve the trailer or item shown on this page. Your deposit is applied toward the purchase of that unit and does not transfer ownership until the sale is completed in full with Platinum Trailer Group.

The deposit amount shown at checkout will be charged to your card. A receipt will be sent to the email address you provide. After payment, our team will contact you to finalize paperwork, taxes, fees, and remaining payment.

Website pricing, photos, and availability are subject to change. If the unit is no longer available or was listed incorrectly, we will contact you to either refund your deposit or apply it toward another available unit.

Deposits may be non-refundable if you cancel after placing a deposit. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If Platinum Trailer Group cancels the sale or is unable to provide the reserved unit, your deposit will be refunded.

Your deposit reserves the unit for a limited time. If we are unable to contact you or the purchase is not completed within a reasonable timeframe, Platinum Trailer Group reserves the right to release the unit and handle the deposit according to our deposit policy.

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. By placing a deposit, you agree that Platinum Trailer Group may contact you by phone, email, or text regarding your purchase.
